Joy and Organizing is a six-week professional development workshop.

Are you ready to level up your professional and personal skills when it comes to project-based work? Do you need project management skills but are unable to hire a project manager? Are you interested in becoming a Project Manager and earning your PMP? Do you just want to create more flow in your work and personal life?

Join this workshop!

This six-week workshop will cover project management and business intelligence fundamentals from the perspective of Agile methodologies, Afro-presentism, DEI and joy.

By the end of this course you will gain fundamental knowledge to create and manage projects that deliver value to your organization and its clients as well as a workshopped project plan that your organization can begin executing. We will meet once a week for two hours and during the week I will be available during office hours for consulting and project help.

Erotic as Power is a 5 week writing intensive.

During this writing series we will explore our individual erotic identities and pleasure as a practice through writing poetry and creative essays. The class, taught by multidisciplinary artist and former Youth Poet Laureate of Colorado, Toluwanimi Obiwole, will be shaped by the work of Audre Lorde’s framework of the Erotic as a source of power. In addition to creative prompts, writing, and sharing, we will compile our bodies of work together in a digital archive of pleasure writing.

This class will be kept at 20 people for safety and to foster a sense of community where folks can be heard and have meaningful conversatio. The hope in stewarding this space is to intentionally engage with and be empowered by our different and individual pleasure centers.
